Pets in Peril, Help us Prepare!

Help build disaster response capabilities to more rapidly help pets and their families in times of need.

Responding in the first hours and days after a disaster strikes is critical to saving pets' lives and keeping them connected to their families. To be effective, planning and preparation for disaster response must already be in place before the event happens. Organizing supplies and scrambling for delivery vehicles in the confusing aftermath of a storm often compounds -rather than solves - the problem.

Since every response has its own unique features, responders must be prepared with a 'catalog' of supplies, equipment and people for every contingency. Greater Good Charities' GOODS program works in advance with partners such as manufacturers, freight companies and other non-profits to make sure that the right resources are in the right place at the right time. Your donation helps operate our national network of warehouses, supports logistics technology, and delivers supplies from both Rescue Bank's and our donors' inventories.

GOODS is a program of Greater Good Charities that distributes food, essential supplies, clothing, housewares, toys, and more to pets and people in need across the world.
