July's Freekibble Flight to Freedom will save 170+ pets from the threat of being euthanized!
Not only will these pets be flown to freedom, but the shelters in Louisiana will have more room to take the pets being displaced by the storm!
On July 20th, a flight is scheduled to leave from Lafayette, Louisiana carrying over 170 healthy, loving dogs, cats, puppies & kittens. All were rescued from overcrowded, high–risk shelters and will be flown to Idaho and Washington — where they'll be quickly adopted into loving families!
Most of these pets won’t survive if they don’t make this flight.
You can Help! Just $5 helps cover the fuel costs of flying a pet 125 miles towards safety.
Four of the 170+ Pet Passengers waiting for their Flight to Freedom
In shelters across the country, highly adoptable dogs & cats are euthanized just because the shelters are overcrowded. In other areas, shelters have a shortage of adoptable pets. Freekibble Flights to Freedom works to save homeless pets by flying them to shelters where they're immediately adopted.

Daisy brought love and light into my life since 2013. I lost her to a brain tumor at only 6 1/2 years old. I thought helping some rescues would be a good way to honor her memory. I hope they can save all the animals and that they find loving forever homes!

I have driven hundreds of rescue transports through the years. There are few feelings better than knowing you have saved the lives of these precious animals who are in desperate situations through no fault of their own. My admiration goes to these pilots who donate their time and their planes to these freedom flights. Saving lives is rewarding. And I am proud to have been a member of the rescue community for over 25 years.
