Even Prettier in person

I ordered the Aqua ceramic planter (no plate) and I absolutely love it! It’s high quality with beautiful vibrant colors and even has some sparkle in the flower petals. Also a perfect size for starter plants, cacti and succulents. Has the drain hole.. Exceeds expectations. You won’t be disappointed!

Very dissatisfied

This product came to me in pieces and it was sad because it’s so beautiful. Sadder even more that after numerous emails with a photo of it and I have yet to get a response from Greatergood! I even asked for a phone number or call back. Very unhappy!

Hi Peggy, I am sorry to hear that your ceramic pot was broken when it arrived. I am unsure of when you sent an email but please note that the customer service department is open Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm CST. I attempted to replace the pot for you but unfortunately, we are out of stock of the Blue pot. We do have other colors still available. Please call our Customer Service team at 888-355-4321 during the hours that I noted above and they can assist in selected a new color to have sent to you at no charge, or a full refund. Which ever option you prefer.
